growing tomatoesThere is nothing like being able to harvest juicy ripe tomatoes from right outside your kitchen door!

An easy way to be able to to this is to grow tomatoes in your Stacking Garden along with your herbs and other salad greens.

There are two ways this can be done depenting on the variety of tomatoes that you’d like to grow. If you like the smaller cocktail or cherry types such as “Tumbling Tom” or “Mini Bell”, you can grow them in a side pocket of the stacking garden as shown to the left. If you want to grow a tall vine variety, I’d suggest planting them in the top layer of your stacking garden and letting them grow up a stake or “Tomato Spiral” as shown to the right here.
